"Caprices in the New War Time" Series of 75 drawings completed 2003–2004 (selected images shown below) This informal series of drawings was created over the span of a year and a couple of months from late winter 2003 through early spring 2004. I began the drawings just prior to the start of hostilities against Iraq, and ended nearly one year later. The title is an homage to "Los Caprichos" of Francisco Goya - one of my spiritual artistic mentors. Scroll down to view images. |
